New Orleans Pizza believes our stores succeed in markets by being flexible to the market needs and keeping overheads down. New Orleans Pizza Canada Inc. helps their franchisees maintain low overhead by eliminating high franchise fees, avoiding high distribution mark-ups and unnecessary advertising surcharges.

We are looking for aggressive, independent, hard working individuals who enjoy the benefits of a lean, aggressively-managed franchise with the lowest possible costs while still maintaining the highest possible quality.

Training and Support

Training is important. Time is taken to ensure prospective franchisees are ready to successfully operate in their market. Successful candidates will undergo an extensive training program at several store locations and incorporates management, marketing and operations.

Ongoing operational and marketing support is provided to all franchisees. In addition, specialized Food Cost Analysis reports are prepared free of charge as part of our ongoing and unique franchise support - something no other franchise can boast. Communication is emphasized; our staff are accessible and responsive. Annual franchisee meetings are held to provide additional training and exchange of ideas. Interaction and communication between franchisees is encouraged.

Distribution and Commissary

New Orleans Pizza arranges its own purchasing and has its own distribution centre located in St. Marys, Ontario. Taking advantage of bulk purchasing gives us a competitive edge in supplying our franchisees with the best possible prices and ensures quality and consistent ingredients.

Our St. Marys distribution centre also houses our company-owned and operated dough production facility.

Restaurant Operations

Our Franchise Service Representatives are a direct link to our franchisees through frequent on-site visits. In addition to their primary function of providing experience and knowledgeable feedback and guidance, they also ensure that our standards of product, quality, cleanliness and customer service are consistently met.
