In-Store Hourly
We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals with strong communication skills, customer service focused and who enjoy working in a fast paced environment while part of a dedicated team that serves the public. In-Store Hourly team members are cross trained in most areas of daily operations including ingredient and menu item preparation, opening and closing tasks, customer service and cash handling.
Qualifications:

Please note that our jobs are hands-on and include late night, holiday and weekend work.
Assistant Manager
Using their developing knowledge and leadership ability, the Assistant Manager increasingly assumes responsibility over time. As delegated, he/she works in tandem with the Manager to ensure a productive, profitable New Orleans Pizza outlet. The Assistant Manager often provides supervisory and operational coverage in the Manager's absence. Assistant Managers should consider themselves in training toward a future management career.
Responsibilities:
- Exemplify and promote premium customer service
- Respond to and resolve customer service issues
- Guide staff in providing premium customer service
- Ensure the presentation of safe food products
- Cash controls and deposits
- Inventory counts and reporting
- Food and labour cost controls
- Team recruiting, training, scheduling and development assistance
- Staff monitoring regarding adherence to procedures
- Maintain company standards of cleanliness, sanitation and safety
- Preventative maintenance and reporting
- Seek opportunities for additional sales opportunities participation in community events
- Provide a pleasant working environment
Qualifications:

Manager
Using solid leadership abilities, business sense and premium customer service skills, the Manager draws on the talents and strengths of their team to profitably operate a New Orleans Pizza outlet. The Manager performs administrative duties, ensures quality and cost control targets are met, fosters the development and safety of staff and maintains high standards of excellence and customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Exemplify and promote premium customer service
- Respond to and resolve customer service issues
- Guide staff in providing premium customer service
- Ensure the presentation of safe food products
- Procedure and policy enforcement
- Cash controls and deposits
- Payroll calculations and reporting
- Daily, weekly and quarterly inventory counts and reporting
- Food, labour and other cost controls
- Maintain food inventory levels deemed suitable for sales volumes
- Team recruiting, training, scheduling and development
- Staff relations including corrective actions and recognition
- Maintain company standards of cleanliness, sanitation and safety
- Preventative maintenance and reporting
- Seek opportunities for additional sales opportunities participation in community events
- Provide a pleasant working environment
Qualifications:

Delivery Driver
First and foremost, those seeking Delivery Driver positions must be safe and courteous drivers. Successful applicants must be able to communicate well and have excellent customer service skills. Delivery Drivers must take pride in their appearance. As representatives of New Orleans Pizza, Delivery Drivers are required to wear a New Orleans Pizza uniform and display New Orleans Pizza signage on their vehicle. Delivery Driver responsibilities may vary between locations; but the job remains a great and convenient way to earn extra income.
